Cleaning my recteq is simple, and the regular maintenance doesn’t take much time. I just wish the overall experience felt a little more impressive, because I expected to be happier with it

My order went through without any issues, but the delivery took a bit longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for a few days, so I was starting to get a little worried lol. It did arrive in good condition though, so overall not a bad experience, just wish the shipping updates were a bit smoother.

I’ve had my Recteq Grills for a few months now, maybe since late spring or around early summer, I can’t remember exactly. Overall it’s been solid. It starts up without any drama and most of the food I’ve cooked on it has turned out good. The only thing that’s been a little disappointing is the temperature control. Sometimes it’ll sit close to where I set it, and then other times it’ll bounce around 20 or 30 degrees even when I haven’t opened the lid or done anything different. It’s not enough to make me regret buying it, but for what it costs, I did expect it to be a bit more consistent.

I picked up my Recteq Grills mostly because I wanted something I could move around the patio without feeling like it was a whole project. The wheels roll nicely, and once you get a feel for the weight, you can shift it around without too much hassle.
The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that it can still feel a little bulky if you’re trying to move it by yourself over uneven ground. But if you’re just rolling it around for normal use or storage, you shouldn’t have much trouble

The grill cooks perfectly fine, so I can’t really complain about the performance. I just have a certain standard for having enough space to cook comfortably, and this one feels a little tight for my needs. It’s decent overall, but the capacity was smaller than I expected.

The grease drains right where it’s supposed to, and cleanup takes me maybe 2 minutes now. it makes the whole thing way less of a hassle

I’ve been using recteq for years now, they’ve just been really solid the whole time. My grill has worked great, whether I’m doing a quick weeknight dinner or spending half a Saturday messing around with ribs in the backyard while the dog keeps begging for scraps. The one time I needed support, they were helpful and easy to deal with, which stuck with me. It’s just easy to trust a company when the product holds up and the people behind it actually help when you need them

I’ve had my recteq for a little over a year now, it still feels just as solid as the day I got it. I’m usually cautious with bigger purchases like this because I don’t want to end up with something that feels cheap or starts falling apart after a season. But the metal is thick, the lid shuts nicely, and nothing about it feels flimsy. It’s been through rain, cold weather, and plenty of cooks, and it just keeps doing its job. I needed a few replacement parts for my recteq it felt like everything on the site was just easy to find. I placed the order without any hassle, and of course the parts fit the way they were supposed to. Seems like these things are always smoother when the site is set up right. Happy with the whole experience.

I’ll start by saying the grill itself is really good, so I’m not knocking that at all. It cooks well and I’ve been happy with how it performs. The only thing that’s been a little frustrating is the app. It drops connection more often than I expected, and yeah, I can usually get it to reconnect after messing around with it for a bit, but it’s still annoying when you’re trying to keep an eye on things. Overall I still like the grill, just wish the app was a little more reliable

i mean, I’ve been using my recteq for ribs, chicken, and burgers, and it’s been awesome. It holds the temp really well, and the smoke flavor is way better than what I was getting from my old grill. Everything comes out juicy, and I don’t have to babysit it all day, which is probably my favorite part.

I ordered a few accessories for my recteq and, they all fit right away without me having to mess with anything. Happy with how easy it was. Credit to whoever runs this, they seem to have it figured out.

I’ve really liked being able to check on my Recteq Grills without having to keep going outside. I can see the temp, make adjustments, and not feel like I need to run out there every 10 minutes. I used it on a long brisket cook and it made the whole process way less stressful. The app has been solid for me so far — anyone else feel like this is one of the best parts?

I’ve been okay with my recteq grill overall, but the warranty experience definitely wasn’t what I had in mind when I bought it.

When I ran into an issue, I expected the process to be straightforward based on how the warranty sounded. Instead, there was more back and forth than I thought there would be, and a couple things weren’t covered or handled the way I assumed they would be.

To be fair, the support team was polite, which I appreciated. But for the price of the grill, I expected the warranty side to feel easier and more reassuring, not like something I had to keep pushing along.

I’ve been really happy with my recteq so far. Biggest thing for me is it doesn’t burn through pellets like my old grill did. Did a long pork shoulder the other weekend i was surprised by how much was still sitting in the hopper.

Temps stayed nice and steady too. No babysitting it all day or dumping in more pellets every few hours. Small thing, but it definitely adds up. Saves some money, and a little hassle too
